Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
