Console Players, Get Ready for Lotus!
The wait is over! This Valorant Console Update brings the stunning new map, Lotus, to the map rotation for Console players in Competitive, Unrated, Swift Play, and Deathmatch. Time to put those practice runs to the test and develop your Lotus domination strategies.

General Updates
- Rebind Non-Ultimate Abilities: Console players rejoice! You can now freely rebind non-ultimate ability buttons to your preferred layout for maximum comfort and control.
- Inverted Map Cursor: Want an even more personalized experience? ValorantPatch 9.01 introduces a setting to invert map cursor controls for those who prefer a different way to navigate the minimap.
Agent Updates
- Neon (Slide): Get ready for even faster plays! Neon’s slide re-equip speed has been upgraded from “Fast” to “Instant,” allowing for lightning-quick weapon swaps after a slick slide maneuver.
- Raze (Second Blast Pack): Calling all Raze mains! To encourage more strategic use of her mobility, the horizontal force of Raze’s second Blast Pack has been reduced.
- Iso (Double Tap): Iso’s signature ability, Double Tap, receives an adjustment. The duration has been shortened from 20 seconds to 12 seconds, and the signature kill reset functionality has been removed.
Map Updates
Deathmatch Disabled (Console): Unfortunately, Deathmatch mode is currently experiencing issues on Console and will be unavailable until a fix is implemented.
Social Updates
- Party Invites Made Easy: Keeping track of party invites just got easier. The notification indicator on the social card has been improved, making it clear when you have a new invite even if the social panel is closed.
- Voice Chat Indicators: Party communication just got a boost! New voice indicators have been added to the Party tab, allowing you to see who’s currently speaking for a smoother team coordination experience.
- Leave Party Button: Saying goodbye is a breeze. A dedicated “Leave Party” button has been added to the My Party section of the social panel, making it easier to depart from your group whenever needed.
Bug Fixes
